The Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet is an opportunity for everyone to have a voice in who they want to run our league.  This is done through the annual vote for the Board of Directors.  Every parent and Board of Director member is eligible to vote and we want you to participate.  You do not have to attend the Annual Meeting to vote.  Here are the ways in which you can vote:

1)  Attend the Annual Meeting

2)  At the Aqua Turf Club on the evening of the Annual Meeting until 6:30PM without having to attend

3)  By Absentee Ballot which must be obtained after August 31, 2008 from Steve Fabian at 
     skcreative@yahoo.com and must be returned no later than 6:30PM the evening of the Annual Meeting.

Cost:  Adults - $19.00
            Children (under 16) - $5.00
            Graduating 12 and 15 Year Olds - Free
            GEMS Players and one escort - Free

Tickets:  Ticket request forms will be e-mailed on July 18, 2008.  There is a limit of 300 tickets available
                  and they will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All ticket orders must be received by
                 August 31, 2008.  We are no longer selling tickets at the door so please reserve your seats by mail.
