The Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet is an opportunity for everyone to have a voice in who they want to run our league.  This is done through the annual vote for the Board of Directors.  Every parent and Board of Director member is eligible to vote and we want you to participate.  You do not have to attend the Annual Meeting to vote.  Here are the ways in which you can vote:

1)  Attend the Annual Meeting

2)  At the Aqua Turf Club on the evening of the Annual Meeting until 6:30PM without having to attend

3)  By Absentee Ballot which must be obtained after August 28, 2010 from Steve Viviano at stephen.viviano@snet.net and must be returned no later than 6:30PM the evening of the Annual Meeting.

Cost:  Adults - $2.00 per adult until July 16/$25.00 after July 16
            Children (under 16) - $5.00 per child under 16 until July 16/$10.00 after July 16
            Graduating 12 and 15 Year Olds - Free
            GEMS Players - Free
            One Escort for Challengers $10 until July 16/$15 after July 16

Tickets:  Ticket request forms will be e-mailed in July.  There is a limit of 300 tickets available
                  and they will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All ticket orders must be received by
                 August 25, 2010.  Limited ticket availability at the door.
