Our league is in the process of executing on a multi-year capital improvement plan.  This plan will include the necessary improvements to all of our league properties as we continue to grow.  These improvements will also position our league to increase its activities during All-Star season.

In order to execute this plan, we need your help.  We are looking for volunteers with the following skills to help with the improvements:

Roofers                         Excavators
Landscapers                General Laborers

Here is a description of the capital improvement plan:

Completed

     - refurbish Memorial Park Major League Clubhouse first floor ($40,000.00)
     - rebuild Memorial Park Major League infield ($8,000.00)
     - rebuild Memorial Park Minor League infield ($8,000.00)
     - connect Memorial Park Major League Clubhouse to sewer line ($5,000.00)
     - replace Babe Ruth field scoreboard (Scoreboard donated by Pepsi, installation $1,500.00)

In Progress

     - replace picnic tables outside Memorial Park Major League Clubhouse ($200.00)
     - refurbish Memorial Park Major League Clubhouse second floor ($1,000.00)

Planned

     - repair Babe Ruth in field ($12,000.00, pending funding)
     - replace Major League field lighting ($35,000.00, pending funding)
     - install Babe Ruth field lighting ($65,000.00, pending funding)
     - install Major League covered pavilion ($2,500.00, pending funding)
     - install Minor League field lighting ($35,000.00, pending funding)
     - install Minor League field scoreboard ($5,000.00, pending funding)
     - install Minor League field outfield fence ($2,500.00, pending funding)
     - install two new fields at Memorial Park ($10,00.00, pending funding)
     - install lighting on two new fields ($70,000.00, pending funding)
     - install scoreboards on two new fields ($10,000.00, pending funding)
     - install three new practice fields at Flanders School ($7,500.00, pending funding)
     - install Babe Ruth field bleachers on hillside
